Fulcimus means “we support” in Latin, which sums up our mission and identity.
Our Story
Founded in 2013, Fulcimus was built on a vision to empower human service organizations through technology. Our journey began with Codect, a data warehouse platform tailored specifically for community action programs, providing a centralized system to manage, track, and analyze essential data.
As our clients’ needs evolved, so did Codect. Over the years, we expanded the platform into a comprehensive case management system that now includes a fully integrated client portal for seamless user interactions and a wide range of customizable features to support organizations in delivering services to their communities. Codect serves as a powerful, adaptable solution designed to grow alongside the needs of community-driven organizations.
What we do
The Client Portal provides a secure self-service framework for clients to apply to selected programs, submit household and income details, and upload required documents.
The Codect CMS allows case managers to access, edit, and update client records without re-entering data.
Clients can upload documents through the portal, and case managers can access and manage them directly in the CMS.
